Mr. Ashim Vohra, an engineer by training, has worked at Spark Minda for more than 35 years and has over 38 years of extensive industrial expertise. He formerly held the positions of CEO of the die-casting division and COO of the Mechatronics sector. He played a key role in turning around the company and growing it to new heights as the CEO of the Die Casting division. He is the Group Corporate Leader for Business Excellence and Manufacturing Engineering at Spark Minda. He oversees the creation, enhancement, and compliance with systems and procedures. He also holds the top position in the vertical of manufacturing and industrial engineering, including process IT enablement.

Mr. Ashim Vohra’s Mantra :- Dissatisfaction drives Innovation. He value loyalty, kindness, and the relentless pursuit of happiness, while staying true to his principles. For his, growth comes from passion, persistence and a commitment to always pushing boundaries and learning.

Mr. Ashim Vohra currently serves the Minda Group as a Executive Committee Member.


Mr. Vinod Koul

Head - Group Operations

Mr. Vinod Koul, a transformation-driven leader, began his journey with Spark Minda in 2019 as Head – Business Excellence, BV1. Within just six months, he was entrusted with additional responsibility as Interim Unit Head of SMAD-Bawal, where he led a significant turnaround of the plant, setting the stage for his rapid rise within the organization. His consistent dedication and team-centric approach soon earned him the position of Head – Group Business Excellence, and he currently leads as Head – Group Operations, demonstrating that even an ordinary beginning can lead to extraordinary achievements.

Over the last 6+ years, Mr. Koul has played a pivotal role in transforming the group’s operations by fostering excellence, consistency, and innovation. Under his leadership, the Spark Minda Group has garnered over 500+ prestigious external awards (CII, QCFI, ACMA) and matured its operational excellence processes by over 3X in just three years. He has been instrumental in launching group-wide initiatives like TPM, TQM, and VSME, all aligned to business needs and future readiness.

He believes in ground-level connectivity, having established a dedicated improvement team for each business, developed 50+ SOPs, and instituted structured reviews for timely action.


Mr. Neeraj Singh

Head – Business Excellence –BV2

Mr. Neeraj Singh is having a total of 11+ years Experience in the Automotive Field having deep exposure in the fields of manufacturing, operations and Business Excellence and Digitalisation Initiatives.

Mr. Singh is a BE and ME in Mechanical Engineer from SRM university, Chennai followed by Leadership Program Graduate of “VLFM” in collaboration with CII,India & JICA,Japan

His has started his career as a GET with Toyota toyotsu Group (6 Yrs) followed by his association with Aditya Birla Group (3 Yr) and joined Minda Corporation Ltd. In the year 2020 where currently he is serving as Head-Business Excellence for WH & Connected Systems Division at Group level covering the umbrella of Safety & ESG and also acting as a support for Group Digital transformation Initaitives.

He is a certified Facilitator of TPM, TQM, EFQM & also a Black Belt certified professional in Lean Six Sigma . He has also been trained by Japanese Guru Mr. Noriaki Kano.

Mr. Singh has led Industries establish their Bex frameworks and culture and also has been an Industry flagbearer of Organisational Transformation Initiatives i.e. TQM.TPM, Lean Six Sigma etc.

Mr. Murari Krishna

Mr. Murari Krishna is having a total of 11+ years Experience especially in the Automotive Field having a deep expertise in the fields of Manufacturing, operations & Business Excellence, Leading Industry 4.0 & Digitalisation Initiatives and Organisational Transformation Initiatives to build Mindset & Culture with an emphasise on customer centric Organisation.

He is a BE and ME in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University Chennai followed by a Post Graduation in Smart Factory & Digital Manufacturing from IISC, Bengaluru.

Currently he is completing his VLFM Program in collaboration with CII, India & JICA, Japan. He has started his career from Toyota Automotive Group where he joined as GET (5 Yrs) followed by TSG Automotive Group (1 Yr) and associated with Minda Corporation Ltd. In the year 2020 where he is serving currently as Head-Business Excellence “Mechatronics & Connected Systems Division” with Safety & ESG and also acting as a Leader for Group Digital Transformation Initiatives.

Mr. Jitendra Kr. Yadav

Mr. JK Yadav is a seasoned professional in Performance Excellence and Organizational Transformation, with extensive expertise in Operational Excellence. He brings over 13+ years of experience in the Security Division of Minda Corporation Limited Noida and has been a key contributor to the DCD Gr. Noida Plant for more than 5 years.

Within the Spark Minda Group, Mr. Yadav holds a pivotal role, driving critical initiatives under Total Employee Involvement (TEI) and Operational Excellence (OPEX). His proven track record includes the successful implementation of:

  • Lean Manufacturing Practices
  • Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
  • Quality Circle Movement
  • TEI Engagement Programs
  • Active contribution as a key member of the MBEM (Minda Business Excellence Model) framework.

Mr. Yadav is widely recognized as a transformational leader who inspires growth and drives positive change through his strategic vision and hands-on leadership. One of his key achievements includes playing a central role, alongside the management team, in the turnaround of the DCD – Die Casting Plant in Greater Noida, leading it to new performance milestones. He holds a Post Graduate Degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Production Management, and has attended several renowned Leadership Development Seminars. His professional credentials include:

  • MBEM Assessor Development Program
  • Training and exposure to the EFQM Model, ACMA Excellence Model, and CII Assessment Frameworks

Beyond his corporate contributions, Mr. Yadav is committed to developing future leaders, actively mentoring students from Sharda University, Greater Noida. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Management, further enriching his academic foundation and leadership capabilities.

Is passionate about driving quality and excellence initiatives and have consistently contributed to the growth and success of teams and employers.
